He completed the inspection, shortly thereafter I received a quote with details and photos of the current damage and repair plan. I signed the contract, they scheduled the work, arrived when they said they would, did an unbelievable job matching my 4 year old shingles and completed the work per the contract. My home is only four years old and he said my roof had many issues as a result of poor installation. I called the original roofer and told him what Rick found. They asked for pictures and a report. Rick was so helpful and provided me with several pictures and a full report. With this Information the original roofer made all the repairs free of charge. You don’t get that kind of customer service from many people. Thanks to Rick I saved several hundred dollars.
